We had a braai as warm-up for the Currie Cup Final. Of course, our people are VERY loyal to their team and were all dressed in blue!

"Ons Huis" - 28 October 2009

'Ons Huis' is the official Mr.SA charity organisation. I went to visit our lovely people and thought I would spoil them with muffins and cold drinks, but, it was me that was spoiled in the end!! I love being around them and will definitely visit them on a regular basis. One can not help to leave there a different person!

I will get my company, Midstream Physique to set up a mini gym for them at the house in the next few weeks. We all need exercise and I feel as this is my line of work its my responsibility to help them in this regard. I will keep you updated on the project and will arrange an official opening for the "Ons Gym" gymnasium.

Fund Raising for "Ons Huis"

laDy-x-treaM - Ladies Fitness Studio

Mrs Style 2009 Top 8 finalist Debby Taljaard partnered up with me and we're opening our first Ladies-Only Fitness Studio on 1 October 2009. As a mrs Style finalist Debby knows what a huge role charity work plays in our community and we are proud to announce that 5% of our monthly profit will go to a charity of our choice.

Midstream Physique - Marco van Wyk "Ons Huis" Fund Raising

During the months of August and September all the new members who joined Midstream Physique's joining fees will go to our "Ons Huis" trust. An anual Golf Tournament here in our lovely Midrand-Estates will also be incorporated October/November 2009 as part of our fund raising project.

Stiaan's "Ons Huis" Project

Stiaan organised a great dinner and entertainment evening at Diep-in-die-Berg in Pretoria. A definite highlight was the auction of our T-Shirts!! ;-) Well done with a great event buddy!!

Wetnose Animal Charity 2009

Animals are very close to my heart and definitely a charity I will always support! The Wetnose yearly event surely was a highlight not to be missed!

CANSA Shavathon 2009

Every year we (Midstream Physique and Trainers) join in at the CANSA Shavathon charity event in Centurion. Definitely a highlight looking forward to in 2010!
